Villa Elisam, located in the Saribelen region of Kalkan, which attracts attention with both its external architecture and landscape, our villa has a 2-bedroom and 4-person accommodation capacity. There is a pool, sun loungers, a seating corner, a dining table and a barbecue area in the garden of our villa, which has been sheltered with a screening system. If you wish, you can open the curtain located in the front part of the pool and watch the nature view uninterrupted. Villa Elisam is quite ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymoon couples thanks to its sheltered location. Dominated by stone and wooden architecture, there is a jacuzzi where you can relax in one of the tastefully furnished bedrooms of our villa. Muftak: The modern American kitchen, which will not search for the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, January, oven, microwave oven, kettle, water dispenser, dining table, dinnerware, tea and coffee cups, cutlery and cooking utensils. Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning in the living room with pool and nature view. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace. 1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It is possible to exit to the pool terrace. 2. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, a bedside table, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. It is possible to exit to the pool terrace. Pool Dimensions : 8 Meters X 3 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep. ♦ NOTE : A cleaning fee of 1.500 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.  ♦ Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Elisam is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you again when you exit. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, it is necessary that there are no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items caused in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US dollars, British Pounds or Euros at the current exchange rate based on the deposit amount at that day's exchange rate.
