La Mer Comfort La Mer Comfort is a modern 2-room, 4-person apartment with an indoor pool, a hammam and a sauna, a sheltered terrace area, designed to accommodate summer and winter guests evdir.La Mer Comfort - Kalkan is located in Kördere, a 6-minute drive from the center of Kalkan and a 15-minute drive from Kaputas Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Turkey.Apart from families and groups of four, there is a spacious honeymoon room with a Jacuzzi designed with honeymoon couples in mind. In order to stay comfortably in winter, there is underfloor heating in the house and the pool should be heated. Cooling in summer is provided by air conditioning. There is a winter garden (Iglo) outside the house with a view of Kalkan. Dec May 1st-October 31st, the minimum stay is 7 nights. The minimum stay on other dates is 5 nights. an additional cleaning fee of TL 3500 is requested for rentals made under the stay period of 5 nights. November April 1st-30th, Underfloor heating and pool heating are switched on and included in the price. Decking and pool heating are included in the price. Except for these dates, pool heating is subject to an extra charge of 900 TL per day. NOTE : IGLO - La Mer Comfort is located outside the house, at a convenient walking distance, about 30 meters from the house. November May 1st-May 1st, during the winter months, it is only open to the use of La Mer Comfort customers. Dec.1st-May 1st, 2019. It will be closed for use in other months. Wood is provided for burning in the fireplace located inside for an extra fee. NOTE : Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. 1.Bedroom : The master/Honeymoon room is decorated with a honeymoon concept and has a garden view. The room has an oversized (180cmx200cm) double mosquito net bed. There is a double jacuzzi. There is a 32” Led TV showing domestic and foreign channels in the bedroom. The bathroom is located in the room and the room size including the bathroom is 28m2. There is an exit to the terrace area where there is a seating set and a table. A gas barbecue is available in the terrace area. 2. Bedroom: There are 2 100cmx200cm single beds that can be combined. There is a 32” Led TV in the bedroom. The room size is 12m2. The bathroom is located in the room and the room size including the bathroom is 20m2. A washing machine and an iron are provided in the bathroom. There is an exit to the terrace area where there is a seating set and a table. A gas barbecue is available in the terrace area.
